Quality

Product quality is our primary goal. Quality is assured by constant controls during the production process by expertly-qualified personnel through the profile projector and  the “go/no-go” controllers. 

Cyclical quality control checks are conducted on each machine at specific intervals, using control devices, and meticulous visual checks on the entire production.

The quality control department carries out daily random checks using its own special measuring instrument (profile projector).

The raw materials we use are accompanied by quality certificates and test reports from our suppliers.
 
The quality control department issues certificates of conformity for the final products, verifying compliance with the technical specifications of the design drawings.
